   - If your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase via email, providing a detailed explanation of the issue along with pictures of the defective item.


3. Free Repairs:

   - We offer free repairs within 7 days of purchase.

   - To initiate a repair, the buyer must:

      - Send an email explaining the issue with pictures of the broken item.

      - Return all parts of the item.

      - Be responsible for shipping costs both ways.


4. Exclusions:

   - Rings cannot be repaired.
